TBR Tyres

TBR tyres, or Truck and Bus Radial tyres, are specialized tyres designed for use on commercial trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles. They are built to withstand the demands of heavy loads, high speeds, and long distances, and are typically made with stiffer sidewalls and more durable construction than
passenger car tyres.

TBR tyres are generally designed with a radial construction, which means the tyrels cords run perpendicular to the direction of travel. This provides a more stable and comfortable ride, while also allowing for better fuel efficiency and longer tread life.

There are several types of TBR tyres, including steer, drive, and trailer tyres, each of which is designed for a specific position on the vehicle and has unique features to provide optimal performance.

PCR Tyres

PCR tyres, or Passenger Car Radial tyres, are tyres designed for use on passenger cars. They are constructed with a radial design, where the cords run perpendicular to the direction of travel, providing a smooth and comfortable ride.

PCR tyres come in a variety of sizes and are designed to meet different driving needs, including high-performance, all-season, and touring tyres, They typically have a tread pattern that is optimized for the specific driving conditions, providing good handling and traction on both wet and dry roads.

One of the key features of PCR tyres is their construction, which is designed to provide a balance of comfort, safety, and durability. They typically have softer sidewalls than TBR tyres, which provide a more comfortable ride, but also make the tyres more susceptible to damage from potholes and other road hazards.

OTR Tyres

OTR tyres, or Off-The-Road tyres, are specialized tyres designed for use on heavy-duty vehicles that operate in off-road conditions such as construction sites, mining sites, and agricultural fields. These tyres are typically larger than TBR and PCR tyres, with rim diameters ranging from 24 to 63 inches, OTR tyres are designed with thicker sidewalls and stronger carcass construction to withstand heavy loads, rough terrain, and severe conditions. They are commonly used on dump trucks, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and other heavy
equipment.

OTR tyres come in a variety of sizes, tread patterns, and compounds, and are designed for specific applications, such as mining, construction, forestry, or agriculture. They are typically differentiated by their ply rating, which refers to the number of layers of cord fabric in the tyres construction.
